You'll have five 1hour workouts each week that may include - Stretching, Cardio, Strength Training, HITT Training, Circuit Training, High Intensity Training, Weight-loss Training, Mobility, and Agility (Depending on your fitness goals). Your workouts are structure with a warm-up, supersets, and burnouts to finish, with slow, moderate, fast and angled control movements that maximize muscle development. If you want to transform your Dad Bod into 


What you'll need

Workouts in your desired location outside of the gym are a combination of body weighted exercises strategically designed to target specific areas that align with your goals. We always encourage a challenge for those of you who want to step it up a notch so feel free to add a weighted vest, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, or training fitness masks however, before doing so please ensure you consult your primary physician.
