Program Overview

Best suited for beginners to advanced fitness levels, who truly will commit to a 12-week online fitness journey designed to transform the way you think, look, feel, and perform on a daily basis. This program focuses on the mindset, stress management, character traits, and habits necessary to quantum leap on your fitness journey. Embark on a journey that will challenge, motivate, and empower you to think, look and feel like your best self. 

You'll have five 1hour workouts each week that may include - Stretching, Cardio, Strength Training, HITT Training, Circuit Training, High Intensity Training, Weight-loss Training, Mobility, and Agility (Depending on your fitness goals). Your workouts are structure with a warm-up, supersets, and burnouts to finish, with slow, moderate, fast and angled control movements that maximize muscle development. Also you'll have one 1hr Mindset and Habit Coaching Class every week directly with Jeremiah Causby.

 

Haven't had an elite fitness experience before? Get ready to embark on a journey that is completely designed for you to WIN not just with fitness but in life.

Based on your preference and goals, this program can be created and completed at home, outside, or at the gym. For my travelers, we can even create your custom program that includes a hybrid version which includes both workouts wherever you are or at the gym. You decide. Now let's get ACTIVE.

Equipment

What you'll need

Workouts in your desired location outside of the gym are a combination of body weighted exercises strategically designed to target specific areas that align with your goals. We always encourage a challenge for those of you who want to step it up a notch so feel free to add a weighted vest, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, or training fitness masks however, before doing so please ensure you consult your primary physician. You may need a gym membership at your desired gym.
